Welcome to SEOUL. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before playing any games or making any transactions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use SEOUL. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly not permitted.

2. Account Registration

To use SEOUL, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Not share your account with any other person.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

SEOUL facilitates in-platform deposits to fund game play and withdrawals of winnings. Key terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is ₹500 per game type (Spin Wheel, Chest Shuffle, Chicken Road).
• Withdrawals are credited to your registered UPI ID and are processed within 5 minutes during business hours.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your game balance.
• SEOUL reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Any attempt to exploit deposit bonuses fraudulently will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on SEOUL involve an element of skill or chance. By playing, you acknowledge:

• Game outcomes are determined algorithmically and are not influenced by SEOUL staff.
• SEOUL does not guarantee winnings of any kind.
• You are responsible for managing your own gaming budget.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit game logic will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other users or staff.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with platform software.

6. Responsible Gaming

SEOUL promotes responsible gaming. We encourage you to set personal deposit limits and take breaks. If you believe you have a gaming problem, please contact us for support. We reserve the right to impose limits or suspend accounts for users exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SEOUL, including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive property of SEOUL and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOUL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

SEOUL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
